F.A.Q

What is the best cleaning method?

Clinic Armour products are easily cleaned with medical grade disinfectant sprays or wipes.  Please be sure to read the manufacturers recommended cleaning instructions as these can vary significantly by product. Please see website.

As residue can remain, it is highly recommended you wipe down the material with warm water and mild detergent as required.

Bleach, HydrogenPeroxide and Citrus based cleaners are known to dry out and/or damage material over time. Please do not use these products as the warranty will bewaived.  Please see the full list of approved cleaning products-  link

Do the covers dry quickly after washing?

The speed of drying will depend on the cleaning product used, the air temperature and airflow.  For faster drying use a cleaning agent with higher alcohol content, or towel dry after washing.
Avoid leaving cleaning agent residue on the covers as this will build up a small coating.  This can easily be cleaned using warm soapy water/ gentle(ph neutral) dish washing detergent.

Is the material warm or cold?

We undertook thermaltesting of the covers. To read how it compared to vinyl beds and cotton covers-  read our full article.

Will body sweat showon the covers?

Sweat or moisture from a persons body may show up on the covers when they come in direct contact with skin. This can be easily wiped or cleaned off.  Remember, this is why the covers are great barriers as any reusable cotton/towelling would have absorbed and been there for the next clients.
