Refund policy

We will refund or replace the purchase price of the product in the event of:

  • Manufacturing fault  (12-month warranty)-  products must be shipped to our head office for assessment.|

  • If the product does not fit and has not been used, a refund will be offered. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

    If the product has been used or returned with any marks, a refund will not be issued.

  • The Warranty will not include any breakage of the tie straps or tabs. This will occur only when overtightening has occurred. 

  • The warranty will not cover the exposure of covers to any chemicals/cleaning agents not on the approved list.  This includes exposure to skin-prep under tape sprays.  Please see our cleaning guide for assistance with all marks.
